IT Help Desk Internship – (CLOSED)

The Opportunity:

As part of the placement, the successful applicant will receive:

Placement Activities & Responsibilities:

Successful candidates can expect to participate in the following activities;

● Support with technical enquiries & customer ticketing
● Research and test a potential provisioning server for handsets to automatically download       configuration files
● Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and systems
● Help corporate clients better understand their current I.T. needs
● Support existing customers with updating call flows for improved call handling
● Administrative IT tasks as required
